What makes Speedworks different from other speed training programmes?

Most speed programmes focus on drills.

We focus on understanding.

At Speedworks, we use a diagnostic approach to identify how you move, where you’re losing performance, and why. From there, we build training around your individual needs, not a generic system.

How do I know which coaching option is right for me?

You don’t need to guess.

Each of our services is designed around a specific outcome whether that’s improving speed, analysing movement, transferring performance to your sport, or returning from injury.

Do I need to be an advanced athlete to train with Speedworks?

No.

We work with a wide range of athletes, from youth and developing players to elite performers.

What matters is your willingness to improve and your interest in understanding how you move, not your current level.

What is included in a speed analysis?

Our speed analysis is the starting point for many athletes.

We use AI-supported tools alongside our coaching eye to assess your movement, including sprint mechanics, coordination, and force application. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown with clear, actionable feedback so you know exactly what to work on.

Will this transfer to my sport?

Yes! That’s a key part of what we do.

Speed in isolation is only part of the picture. We also focus on how that speed shows up in real sporting situations, including acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and decision-making under pressure.

Can you help if I’m returning from injury?

Yes.

Our return-to-play approach focuses on rebuilding movement quality, confidence, and robustness. We use progressive loading and biomechanical understanding to ensure you don’t just return, you return in a stronger position than before.

How quickly will I see results?

This depends on the individual and the starting point.

What we can guarantee is clarity from the beginning. Once you understand what’s limiting your performance, progress becomes more targeted and more consistent over time.
